Kerry O'Brine graduated from Ravensbourne College of design and Communication in 2006. During her time at Ravensbourne Kerry had the opportunity to complete projects with Tristan Webber as well as intern at Emma Cook and Robert Cary-Williams. On graduating Kerry went on to intern at Richard Nicoll during his run up to London Fashion week and at Roksander Illincic's preparation for her next collection and production, post London fashion week. Kerry gained on the ground knowledge of fashion retail by managing for three years at the high end brand, Whistles. This gave her significant insight into the workings of fashion retail. As well as working at Whistles, Kerry has since been designing and creating one off pieces for individuals and completed a course in couture tailoring. Kerry's Approach: She draws inspiration from a wide range of sources, particularly art and architecture. Creatively exploring in sculpture, drawing and painting. Continually exploring and experimenting with contemporary cutting shapes and balancing this with a timeless elegance. Her approach to the brand reflects first hand experience of helping women looking for luxurious work clothes that you can't find elsewhere. The collections are small and limited. With maximum attention to detail and quality. Present high end luxury, in limited collections. With attention to detail, luxurious fabrics and a beautiful finish. It's important that the fabrics not only look good but that they are amazing to the touch. For Kerry the focus is on a 360 degree experience when wearing the pieces.
