In all cases, the items returned must be in their original, unused and saleable condition which includes tags and any packaging. All goods will be inspected on return.
All returns must be insured for transit.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund in the event of a customer not making all reasonable efforts to allow our postal service or courier delivery service to pick up in accordance with their and our terms and conditions. This condition also includes items returned outside our specified time limit.
We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.
You will be credited back to the original payment method used.
Please note that card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.
Refunds will be issued within 30 days of us receiving your cancellation notice/notification of intent to return. If we do not receive the cancelled order back, we will arrange to have it collected from you at your cost.
Be aware, should you use your own courier service to return the goods, the cost of return will not be refunded by Kerry O'Brine Womens Wear.
If you choose our Free Complimentary Returns service we will insure the returned items in transit.
If you use your own courier service, we strongly recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our head office. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending.

If you'd like to exchange an item because the fit isn't right, you will need to return the unsuitable item and start a new transaction for the other size.

Your Made To Order dress can be cancelled in writing under Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) up to 7 days after you receive your purchase.
Personalising the item such as changing the hem length to your unique measurements makes your order non-cancellable (including DSR), non-returnable and non-refundable, unless faulty.
